Our Gourmet Mushroom Varieties
Lion’s Mane
Lion’s Mane has a tender, meaty texture and a subtle, earthy flavour. It browns beautifully when pan-fried or roasted and works perfectly in steaks, stir-fries, and as a meat-texture substitute in plant-based dishes.
Pioppino
Pioppino mushrooms have a firm texture and rich, earthy flavour. They pair beautifully with thyme and make a delicious addition to meat-based dishes. They also hold up well in pasta, risottos and slow-cooked meals.
Oyster Mushrooms
Oyster mushrooms are soft, tender, and savoury. They cook quickly and are great in stir-fries, sautés, risottos or simply with garlic and butter.
